Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2, 2026
By using Gukart you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The service: Gukart is a shopping-comparison tool. We aggregate product listings and prices from third-party stores, show the data those stores return, and link you to them to buy. We do not sell or ship products, hold inventory, or process payments. Prices, availability, condition, shipping, and returns are set by the stores and can change at any time.
Affiliate disclosure: Gukart earns a commission from some stores when you buy through our outbound links, at no extra cost to you and without changing your price. This is how we keep Gukart free. See How Gukart makes money.
No warranty: Gukart is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available,’ without warranties of any kind. We work to keep prices and comparisons accurate, but we can’t guarantee third-party data, availability, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Prices and details come from the stores and may be out of date.
Third-party stores: when you click through to a store, your purchase is solely between you and that store, under their terms and policies. Gukart isn’t a party to and isn’t responsible for those transactions, returns, warranties, or disputes.
Acceptable use: keep your login secure and don’t misuse the service — no scraping or automated bulk access, no attempts to break or overload Gukart, no unlawful use, and no reselling access.
Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, Gukart and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchases you make on third-party stores. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (which, for the free service, is $0).
Changes: we may update the service and these terms; continued use means you accept the changes, and we’ll update the date above.
